How to get there and venue information

Page history last edited by Rachel Beer 12 years, 3 months ago

Transport:

Nearest tube stations: Leicester Square (0.2 miles), Tottenham Court Road (0.2 miles), Covent Garden (0.3 miles)

Nearest overground rail: London Charing Cross (0.4 miles), London Waterloo (1.1 miles), London Waterloo East (1.1 miles)

About the venue:

To get to the upstairs room, you have to go through/ behind the bar - which does seem a little odd, but the bar staff are used to it, so don't worry. Just them know you're there for the event upstairs and head on up.

The Coach & Horses has free wifi, so people should be able to tweet thoughts during the event and interact with others on Twitter that can't make it in person. More on how to take part online here.

Refreshments:

Complimentary coffee and tea will be available on arrival, and a staffed bar will be open to serve drinks throughout the tweetup. Just Giving has kindly provided a small fund to cover one or two drinks per person (depending on number of attendees).  Food can also be ordered at the bar.
